• Build and maintain analysis pipelines that ingest STDF, wafer maps and e-test data into the yield management system.
• Perform commonality and correlation analysis across lots, wafers, equipment, probe cards and test sites to locate yield excursion sources.
• Implement Part Average Testing (PAT), Dynamic PAT and Good Die in Bad Neighbourhood screening to remove statistical outliers.
• Generate wafer map signature analysis and spatial pattern recognition to distinguish systematic, random and equipment-induced defect patterns.
• Build automated excursion detection and SPC alarms on test parameters, bin yields and parametric drift.
• Quantify yield loss by bin and by parameter and maintain the Pareto that directs improvement engineering effort.
• Develop machine learning models for test escape prediction, adaptive test decisions and burn-in reduction candidates.
• Support test time reduction by identifying redundant and always-passing tests through statistical test-coverage analysis.
• Deliver yield and quality reporting to product engineering, fab, OSAT and customer quality on a weekly cadence.
• Validate data integrity across test insertions, ensuring traceability from wafer and die coordinate to packaged unit.
