Ask a hard question once and get an answer from someone who has done the work.
Boards by discipline
Each board covers one part of the industry. Open a board, read the live threads, and start your own when your question is not already answered.
Verified badge on every byline
A member who confirmed a work email on an employer domain carries a verified badge next to their posts, so you can weigh an answer by who gave it.
Post under a handle
Say what you would never say under your name. Choose per thread or reply whether you appear as yourself or as your handle. The choice is final once posted.
Accepted answers rise to the top
The person who asked, or a moderator, marks the reply that solved it. That answer is pinned above the rest and the thread shows a clear accepted tag.
Board leaderboards
Every board has a leaderboard of its most upvoted threads, so the best questions and answers are easy to find without scrolling for hours.
Chips for real help
Earn Chips when your answer is accepted, a correction is approved or a session is rated well. Spend them for up to 30% off a purchase. They cannot be bought.
Company spaces
A company can have its own space tied to its profile. Hub staff moderate it, not the company, and the company can answer but never delete or hide a question.
Report it, or leave cleanly
Every post has a report button that reaches moderators who can lock or pin threads. If you leave, a seven day cooling-off period runs and then your personal data is erased.
What changes for you
- Public forums let anyone claim to be anyone.
- Real-name forums make people hold back.
- Old answers sit unread under a pile of replies.
- A verified badge shows on bylines when a work email has been confirmed, and handles can show checked traits.
- Speak openly under a handle. Your name and employer are not shown on it.
- The accepted answer is pinned first, and every board surfaces its most upvoted threads.
A handle shows only what you choose
Your handle can show discipline, experience band, region and badges. Never your employer, city or exact tenure.
Chips are earned, never bought
Chips come only from reviewed contribution. They cannot be purchased or transferred, so nobody can pay for standing.
Reports reach people
Every post can be reported. Moderators can lock, pin or remove, and company spaces are moderated by Hub staff, not by the company.
