Final Test Engineer

• Own the final test program, flow, bin definitions and speed-grade sorting for packaged units across hot, room and cold insertions.
• Set up and optimise handler operation on Cohu, Advantest or Chroma gravity, pick-and-place and turret handlers.
• Manage socket and contactor life, contact resistance trends, cleaning intervals and change-over procedures.
• Drive final test yield analysis and distinguish package-induced failures, assembly defects, socket issues and true die defects.
• Implement and monitor multi-site parallel test, validating site-to-site correlation and balancing site loading.
• Control test temperature accuracy using thermal heads, tri-temp handlers and DUT temperature feedback.
• Execute laser marking, tape-and-reel, tray handling and downstream traceability integration with assembly operations.
• Run correlation between wafer sort, final test and system-level test to detect test escapes and redundant coverage.
• Reduce test cost through test time reduction, insertion merging, adaptive test and higher parallelism.
• Support qualification lots, PPAP builds and customer audits with final test data packages.
