• Author and maintain the IP databook including feature list, block diagram, register map, timing diagrams, electrical tables and integration requirements.
• Write the integration guide covering clocking, reset, power domains, pin connectivity, keep-outs, DFT hook-up and firmware bring-up sequence.
• Assemble and verify the release deliverable tree so every promised view, model, script and document is present and correctly versioned.
• Maintain the release notes, change log, errata and known-issue documentation across every supported IP version.
• Build and validate the deliverable packaging and encryption flow, including IEEE 1735 protected RTL and per-customer configuration bundles.
• Run documentation reviews with design, verification, application engineering and legal to ensure technical accuracy and export-compliance wording.
• Convert engineering language into customer-facing explanations, worked examples and quick-start guides that reduce support ticket volume.
• Maintain documentation toolchains, templates, style guide and translation workflow for regional customer bases.

• Generate register and configuration documentation automatically from IP-XACT or SystemRDL sources to keep RTL, software headers and docs in sync.
