Automotive Test Quality Engineer

• Own the AEC-Q100 qualification test matrix and evidence package for automotive-grade devices at the required temperature grade.
• Prepare and submit PPAP documentation including control plans, process flow diagrams, PFMEA, MSA and capability studies for the test process.
• Define and validate zero-defect screening content: PAT, DPAT, GDBN, IDDQ delta, VMIN outlier and burn-in-driven screens.
• Establish unit-level traceability from wafer/die coordinate through assembly to the shipped part for field return analysis.
• Lead 8D and 5-why corrective action for customer complaints, field returns and zero-kilometre failures with Tier-1 and OEM customers.
• Run MSA and Gage R&R studies on critical test parameters to prove measurement system capability.
• Define and monitor Cpk/Ppk requirements on critical-to-quality test parameters and drive process capability improvement.
• Support functional safety requirements in the test flow including proof of latent-fault screening and safety mechanism verification at test.
• Host customer and certification audits (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, customer-specific requirements) covering test and quality processes.
• Manage change notification (PCN) discipline and requalification requirements for any change touching an automotive part.
