• Develop automated excursion detection and alerting on parametric and defect data.
• Create wafer map pattern recognition pipelines for systematic signature detection.
• Design feature stores that join equipment, metrology and test data by wafer and lot.
• Validate models against fab outcomes and retrain when process conditions shift.
• Partner with engineers to turn model findings into process actions.
