Wafer Sort Engineer

• Own the wafer sort test program, flow and bin definitions across all probe insertions including hot and cold sort.
• Set up and optimise prober recipes on TEL, Accretech or MPI probers including index, alignment, overdrive and Z-height.
• Manage probe card health through probe mark inspection, cleaning schedules, contact resistance trends and touchdown counting.
• Implement wafer map generation, ink-less binning, die traceability and downstream assembly map handoff.
• Troubleshoot sort yield excursions to distinguish process defects, probe contact issues, tester drift and program bugs.
• Execute fuse blowing, trim and repair operations at sort including eFuse programming and memory redundancy repair.
• Coordinate hot sort and cold sort temperature conditions for products requiring temperature-dependent screening.
• Manage multi-site and full-wafer-contact parallelism to raise throughput and lower sort cost per die.
• Maintain sort SPC charts, gate criteria and lot disposition rules with the yield and product engineering teams.
• Drive sort cycle time and equipment utilisation improvements with the fab and OSAT sort floor.
