• Build data pipelines that ingest simulation logs, coverage databases, regression results and bug tracker records into a unified verification data warehouse.
• Develop machine learning models that cluster regression failures by signature so that a thousand failures triage as a handful of root causes.
• Build coverage convergence forecasting models that predict closure dates from historical coverage trajectories.
• Implement test selection and regression optimisation models that pick the minimum test subset preserving coverage and bug-detection power.
• Build dashboards giving leads and managers live visibility on coverage, regression health, bug burn-down and compute utilisation.
• Analyse seed effectiveness and constraint distributions to identify wasted randomisation and improve stimulus quality.
• Define and govern the data schema, retention and quality rules for verification telemetry across the organisation.

• Develop bug-prediction models correlating RTL churn, complexity metrics and historical defect density to flag high-risk modules for extra verification.
• Correlate pre-silicon verification metrics with post-silicon escape data to quantify which verification activities actually prevent escapes.
• Productise analytics as services that DV engineers and the regression infrastructure can call automatically rather than run manually.
