• Qualify AOI, X-ray, acoustic and 3D profilometry tools
• Set defect classification rules and ADC recipes
• Measure overlay, coplanarity and bond line thickness
• Link metrology to yield and SPC limits
• Select inspection sensitivity versus throughput
