• Plan non-destructive analysis using X-ray, CT and acoustic imaging
• Decap, cross-section and delayer packages
• Isolate opens, shorts and leakage with electrical probing
• Analyse solder, wire and die-attach failures
• Characterise materials by SEM, EDS and FTIR
• Write root cause reports with corrective actions
• Support customer returns and supplier quality escalations
