• Validate PDK components, tech files and parasitic models.
• Develop and maintain foundry reference implementation flows.
• Qualify EDA tool versions and signoff decks for each node.
• Support customers' physical design teams during advanced-node adoption.
• Run test chips to correlate extraction, timing and power models.
• Document design rules and ensure DRC/LVS deck correctness.
• Feed back customer issues to process and EDA partners.
