Responsibilities

Project

Work done for a product or program.

Own the joint customer program schedule covering sample delivery, design-in milestones, qualification and mass production ramp.
Run the customer quarterly business review and weekly technical sync, maintaining a single agreed action and issue list.
Translate customer requirements and change requests into internal engineering commitments through the change control process.
Coordinate sample and prototype allocation across bring-up, internal validation and customer needs when supply is constrained.
Drive customer issue escalation to closure with quantified root cause, corrective action and 8D reporting where required.
Manage customer-specific deliverables including datasheets, errata, qualification reports, reliability data and PPAP packages.
Coordinate NDA-scoped information flow, secure data room access and export-control screening for shared collateral.
Track design-win status and revenue milestones jointly with sales and business unit management.
Negotiate schedule recovery plans with the customer when internal slips occur and manage expectation reset.

Feed customer roadmap requirements into the internal portfolio planning and derivative definition process.
