Track height
The standard cell row height expressed as a number of routing tracks, for example 12T, 9T, 7.5T or 6T. Taller cells give wider transistors and more speed at higher area and power; shorter cells give density.

Notes
Mixing two track heights in one design is a common way to trade density against speed on a block-by-block basis.
