CCS (Composite Current Source)
Synopsys's current-source cell model, which represents a driver as a time- and voltage-dependent current source rather than a table of delays. It improves accuracy for high-resistance nets and adds separate noise and power model variants.

Notes
CCS libraries are far larger than NLDM ones, which is a real memory and runtime consideration for full-chip timing.
