Verification Application Engineer

• Run technical evaluations and benchmarks of simulators, formal tools, emulation platforms and VIP on customer designs against competitive alternatives.
• Deploy and configure verification tool flows in the customer environment including licensing, grid integration and regression setup.
• Debug customer-reported tool issues, build reproducible testcases, and drive them to resolution with the R&D team.
• Deliver training and hands-on workshops on UVM, formal, coverage and emulation methodology to customer verification teams.
• Advise customers on verification methodology adoption, migration paths and best practices tailored to their design and team maturity.
• Support pre-sales activity with technical presentations, proof-of-concept projects and value quantification for the sales team.
• Collect and prioritise customer feature requests and translate them into product requirements for tool R&D and product management.
• Build demonstration environments and reference flows that showcase new tool capabilities on representative designs.
• Manage escalations during customer tapeout crunches, providing on-site or around-the-clock support when a tool blocks a schedule.
• Track competitive positioning by observing which alternative tools customers evaluate and why they win or lose.
