• Build verification plans for TMR, EDAC, scrubbing and hardened-cell logic.
• Inject single-event upsets and transients in RTL and gate-level simulation.
• Verify safe-state behaviour after SEU, SET and latch-up events.
• Check TMR voter and EDAC coverage with formal and fault injection tools.
• Correlate simulated fault response with beam test results.
• Verify radiation-hardened IP and memories.
• Report fault coverage and residual SEE risk.
