• Define control charts and limits for process and metrology parameters.
• Review out-of-control actions and drive timely lot disposition.
• Monitor process capability indices and flag poor Cpk parameters.
• Run control limit reviews and eliminate false alarms.
• Report excursion and escape metrics to fab leadership.

Work that keeps the discipline running: methods, tools, suppliers and people.

• Maintain the SPC system and automate alarms and holds.
• Standardise sampling and monitor plans across modules.
