• Simulate thermal resistance and cooling paths
• Model parasitic inductance and switching losses
• Select baseplate, pin-fin and cooling interface options
• Predict power cycling and thermal-fatigue life
• Correlate models with thermal impedance and double-pulse tests
• Work with inverter teams on module integration
