Manufacturing Data and MES Analyst

• Ingest and normalise wafer electrical test, wafer sort STDF, final test and assembly data feeds from foundries and OSATs into the internal data lake and yield management system.
• Maintain the manufacturing execution system integrations and RosettaNet or SECS/GEM style data exchanges with external manufacturing partners.
• Develop and maintain yield, cycle time, work-in-progress and on-time delivery dashboards used by operations, product engineering and management.
• Write SQL and Python transformations that reconcile partner-reported lot status against internal ERP work order and inventory positions.
• Support statistical process control and outlier screening rules such as Part Average Testing and Statistical Bin Limits by supplying clean parametric datasets.
• Partner with product and test engineering to onboard new products, test programs and package types into the data model with correct bin definitions and test limits.
• Administer user access, data retention and export-control segregation for manufacturing datasets shared with partners and customers.
• Troubleshoot data outages and pipeline failures during production ramps where missing data blocks lot disposition and shipment release.

• Build automated genealogy and traceability links from wafer lot to die to packaged unit so any field return can be traced back to its wafer, slot and assembly lot.
• Implement automated data quality checks that detect missing test records, misaligned wafer maps, duplicate lot IDs and malformed parametric limits before data reaches consumers.
