• Answer customer integration questions on interfaces, constraints and timing.
• Debug simulation, synthesis, STA and silicon issues involving the IP.
• Run example integrations and reference flows in-house.
• Review customer SoC floorplans, clocking and power plans for the IP.
• Document recurring issues and update FAQs and integration guides.
• Escalate defects to IP design teams with reproducible cases.
• Support silicon bring-up and compliance testing at customers.
