• Own the end-to-end technology readiness plan for a target node such as N3, N2 or 18A, from early PDK access through risk production to high-volume manufacturing qualification.
• Build and maintain the technology enablement schedule linking PDK releases, IP availability, test chip tapeouts, SRAM and IO qualification and reliability sign-off gates.
• Chair the joint development programme reviews with the foundry technology development and design enablement organisations.
• Track process maturity indicators including defect density trend, SRAM bit yield, parametric spread and reliability qualification status against node entry criteria.
• Coordinate test chip and shuttle vehicle definition with design, DFM, characterisation and reliability teams to close known technology risks early.
• Drive advanced packaging technology enablement such as CoWoS, InFO, EMIB or fan-out panel level packaging including interposer, bump and warpage constraints.
• Maintain a technology risk register with mitigation owners and escalate schedule-threatening gaps to the executive technology steering committee.
• Produce the node readiness gate reviews that authorise lead product tapeout on the new technology.

• Manage the foundation IP and third-party IP readiness matrix covering standard cells, memory compilers, SerDes PHYs and analogue IP for the node.
• Negotiate early-access agreements, joint development agreements and prepayment or capacity commitment terms with legal, finance and procurement.
