• Receive and triage returned boards and systems for failure analysis.
• Run electrical, X-ray, microsection and thermal imaging analysis.
• Identify whether failures come from design, component or process.
• Write root-cause reports for customer RMA cases.
• Track failure trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain failure analysis lab equipment and procedures.
