• Own the micro-architecture and delivery plan of a block or IP.
• Break work into tasks and review RTL from team members.
• Represent the block in chip-level design reviews and integration meetings.
• Track bugs, timing and coverage closure for the block.
• Resolve interface questions with neighbouring block owners.
• Lead silicon bring-up and post-silicon debug of the block.

• Mentor engineers and onboard new joiners.
