• Derive test assertions from each normative clause and maintain a clause-to-test traceability matrix with documented coverage gaps.
• Author the compliance test specification, including setup diagrams, measurement procedures, pass/fail limits and test-fixture requirements.
• Implement automated test scripts against protocol analysers, oscilloscopes, BERTs and traffic generators, with programmatic instrument control.
• Build and validate golden pass and golden fail devices to prove each test discriminates correctly rather than passing everything.
• Run inter-laboratory correlation studies so authorised test labs produce results within the agreed measurement uncertainty band.
• Version and release the test suite in lockstep with specification revisions and publish deprecation and grace-period policies.
• Support authorised test labs and member companies through defect reports, waivers and test-escape investigations.
• Quantify measurement uncertainty and define calibration requirements for each instrument class in the setup.
• Feed untestable or ambiguous clauses back to the specification editor as errata candidates.
