• Design BLR test vehicles and daisy-chain boards
• Run temperature cycling, drop and vibration tests
• Analyse solder joint cracking and pad cratering
• Correlate FEA predictions with test data
• Recommend pad design, underfill and corner glue
• Support customers in board-level qualification
• Define BLR requirements for new package types
