• Build outlier rules such as DPAT, Z-PAT, NNR and good-die-in-bad-neighborhood.
• Use test data feedback from wafer sort to final test for risk-based decisions.
• Validate adaptive rules against returns and reliability data.
• Deploy rules in test cell software with IT and software engineers.
• Measure quality impact and test cost saved per rule.
• Maintain rule governance and customer approvals.
