ZRO (Zero-Rate Output)
A gyroscope's non-zero reading when it is perfectly still, caused by mechanical asymmetry and electrical coupling. Its variation over temperature and after soldering is the hard part.

Notes
Initial ZRO can be trimmed at test, but its drift with stress and temperature cannot, so package choice matters.
