ILM (Interface Logic Model)
A reduced model of a block that keeps only the logic and parasitics on paths touching the boundary, discarding purely internal timing. It lets top-level timing see real interface paths without loading the full block.

Notes
Preferred over fully abstract timing models when boundary paths need accurate in-context optimisation.
