Drive current
The saturation current a transistor delivers when fully on, normalised per micron of device width or per device footprint. It sets how fast a gate can charge the next stage and so directly determines circuit speed.

Notes
Nanosheets are attractive partly because sheet width is tunable, unlike fins where drive comes only in whole-fin quanta.
