450 mm wafer
A proposed 450 millimetre wafer generation that was studied intensively around 2010 but never reached production. The tool development cost could not be justified once the economics of shrinking stopped improving so reliably.

The G450C consortium was wound down in the mid-2010s, and no credible 450 mm roadmap has appeared since.
