Tools: planning
Plan, schedule and track a chip, IP or product programme on the Hub's lifecycles: start from any lifecycle, a ready reckoner run or the compliance guide plans, set your own durations, and get a Gantt chart with the critical path, baselines, a RAID log, change control, gate reviews and reports for every role.
A lifecycle template turns each stage into a phase, each discipline active in the stage into a task, and each gate into a gate item, linked to the stage guide, gate pack, checklists and key decisions behind it. A ready reckoner run tailors the startup lifecycle's gates; compliance guide plans add their phases and tasks with their dependencies.
Templates carry structure and relative effort only (small, medium or large, by how many work products a task hands on). They never set a duration, a date or a cost: you enter durations in working days, and the schedule follows from them, the links between items and your working calendar.
Scheduling is a forward and backward pass: start and finish dates, total and free float, and the critical path. Constraints, actual dates and resource loading are checked, and conflicts are listed. It does not use AI.
