AEC-Q100 (Automotive IC Qualification) is maintained by Automotive Electronics Council (AEC). The current version is Rev. H. The register lists it as active. The specification is openly available.
The stress-test qualification standard integrated-circuit vendors must pass before a part is sold as automotive-grade — temperature cycling, humidity, ESD and other reliability tests calibrated to the much harsher operating environment and much longer expected lifetime of a vehicle versus a consumer device.
