• Translate 3GPP release features into modem system requirements.
• Build system-level link and network simulations for performance prediction.
• Define modem call flows, state machines and timing budgets across PHY and protocol layers.
• Debug field and lab issues using over-the-air logs and protocol analysers.
• Coordinate performance testing in lab, conducted and over-the-air environments.
• Work with RF, PHY, protocol and SoC teams on feature trade-offs.
• Support carrier and customer escalations with root-cause analysis.
