• Validate thermal throttling and shutdown behaviour across workloads.
• Correlate thermal simulation models with lab measurements.
• Run thermal chamber tests across ambient and airflow conditions.
• Work with package and system teams on thermal solutions.
• Calibrate and verify on-die thermal sensors.
• Report thermal margins and derating recommendations.
