• Set thermal budgets with silicon and package teams from power maps.
• Run wind-tunnel and thermocouple tests to correlate models.
• Evaluate thermal interface materials and attach methods.
• Specify airflow and fan control strategies with firmware teams.
• Support throttling and reliability limits at product release.
