Test Operations Manager

• Drive test-cost reduction through test-time cuts, parallelism and handler efficiency.
• Control test escapes, correlation between sites and quality of test programs released.
• Plan ATE, handler, probe card and load-board purchases with finance.
• Coordinate product and test engineering on test program release and sustaining.
• Report utilisation, yield and cost-per-unit-tested to business unit leadership.

• Manage test floor or subcontract test capacity, uptime and throughput for ATE platforms.
• Manage staffing, shifts and training on a test floor or supplier relationship.
