• Build and maintain the cost-of-test model per product covering tester depreciation, hardware amortisation, labour, yield loss and OSAT pricing.
• Forecast tester, prober, handler and burn-in capacity requirements from the product demand plan and test time per insertion.
• Evaluate capital purchase decisions for new ATE platforms with NPV, payback and utilisation-sensitivity analysis.
• Identify and prioritise test cost reduction projects across test time reduction, parallelism increase, insertion elimination and adaptive test.
• Model the economics of moving coverage between insertions, such as trading SLT time against additional ATE structural coverage.
• Track actual versus planned test cost per die monthly and report variance drivers to the business unit.
• Maintain the tester fleet utilisation dashboard and identify idle or bottleneck assets across internal and external sites.
• Partner with finance and operations on test capex budgeting, depreciation planning and equipment redeployment.

• Negotiate and benchmark OSAT and third-party test house pricing per insertion, per second and per touchdown.
• Model capacity risk scenarios including demand upside, tester downtime, yield shortfall and hardware lead times.
