• Track tool delivery, install and qualification against process readiness dates.
• Coordinate yield learning cycles and defect reduction targets with integration and yield teams.
• Manage cross-site technology transfer from development fab to volume fab.
• Run ramp readiness reviews covering process, equipment, materials, staffing and supply.
• Control ramp capex and opex against approved targets.
• Report wafer-start ramp, yield and cost-to-target to executives.
