• Develop SystemC TLM-2.0 models of IP blocks, interconnect and memories.
• Build timing-annotated models for architectural exploration.
• Create analysis hooks to collect bandwidth, latency and power data.
• Keep models consistent with specification updates.
• Provide models to the virtual prototyping and verification teams.
• Validate models against RTL behaviour for key scenarios.
• Document model APIs and configuration parameters.
