• Design VMI, consignment and kanban programmes with forecast bands and min-max levels per customer.
• Review customer forecasts against supplier lead times and flag shortages and excess exposure.
• Run replenishment cycles and EDI or portal integrations with customer ERPs.
• Negotiate buy-back, liability and cancellation terms for dedicated inventory.
• Report inventory turns, aged stock and exposure by programme in quarterly business reviews.
• Onboard new accounts with data-mapping, bin setup and process validation.

Function

• Coordinate with suppliers for allocation and lead-time commitments during shortages.
