• Detect counterfeit and suspect components through traceability checks.
• Work with component engineering on alternate sources and qualification.
• Support customer audits of the supply base.

• Audit suppliers against ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and customer requirements.
• Approve new suppliers and parts through first-article and PPAP reviews.
• Investigate incoming defects and drive supplier corrective actions.
