• Run weekly risk reviews and escalate decisions to leadership.
• Coordinate tapeout checklists and signoff meetings.
• Manage package, test programme and qualification schedules with partners.
• Report status, risks and budget impact to founders and board.
• Run post-silicon bring-up plans and production release readiness.
