• Review schematics and layouts that host the new chip.
• Debug board-level issues found during first silicon and platform bring-up.
• Coordinate firmware and BMC integration with the silicon team.
• Validate power delivery and thermal behaviour under system workloads.
• Drive issue triage between silicon, board and software owners.
• Document integration guides and known-issue workarounds for platform teams.
