• Specify and integrate on-chip monitor IP — process, voltage, temperature, path margin, aging and clock-jitter monitors — across the SoC.
• Architect the telemetry data path from monitors through the IJTAG/IEEE 1687 network and functional fabric to firmware and cloud analytics.
• Define in-field periodic self-test scheduling covering LBIST, MBIST and margin monitoring within mission-mode constraints.
• Build silicon health analytics that trend margin degradation, thermal history and aging indicators across fleets of deployed devices.
• Correlate in-field telemetry with manufacturing test data to close the loop between factory screening and observed field behaviour.
• Implement predictive failure and remaining-useful-life models for data centre and automotive fleets using monitor data.
• Support test-time reduction and adaptive test by using on-chip monitor readings to guide per-device test content and limits.
• Define secure telemetry handling including access control, data anonymisation and customer data governance requirements.
• Drive silicon data feedback into design and process teams so monitor evidence informs the next-generation margin strategy.
• Work with software and platform teams to expose health data through BMC, telemetry agents and OEM diagnostics interfaces.
