• Program and run electrical characterisation on ATE and bench setups
• Run qualification flows per AEC, JEDEC and MIL standards
• Maintain test fixtures, load boards and sockets
• Analyse data and write test reports
• Keep test records for lab accreditation
• Advise customers on test approach and failures
