• Design secure key injection flows at wafer sort and final test.
• Integrate hardware security modules with test cells for key and certificate loading.
• Manage lifecycle state transitions, debug lock and fuse programming.
• Verify security features such as secure boot and anti-rollback on the tester.
• Develop tests for TRNG, crypto engines and tamper sensors.

• Set up secure network and audit logging at outsourced sites.
• Support security certification audits such as Common Criteria and PCI.
