• Own the QMS documentation architecture, from quality manual through procedures, work instructions and records retention.
• Run the internal audit programme per ISO 19011, including process, product and manufacturing process audits and VDA 6.3 style assessments.
• Chair management review with defined inputs on customer satisfaction, process performance, risk and resource adequacy.
• Deploy core automotive tools discipline across sites: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and control plans.
• Manage customer-specific requirements from OEMs and Tier-1s and cascade them into procedures and audit checklists.
• Own the corrective and preventive action system, escalating overdue or ineffective actions to site leadership.
• Drive cost-of-poor-quality reduction programmes and report quality cost to the executive team.

Function

Work that keeps the discipline running: methods, tools, suppliers and people.

• Maintain IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certification through surveillance and recertification audits with the certification body.
• Lead and develop a team of quality engineers and auditors across design centres, fabs and OSAT partners.
• Govern supplier and subcontractor quality approvals, including OSAT and foundry QMS requirements.
