• Maintain thickness, resistivity and uniformity of PVD films.
• Develop barrier, seed and liner stacks for narrow lines.
• Control stress, adhesion and film microstructure.
• Qualify targets, shields and chamber kits.
• Reduce particles and arcing events.
• Run DOEs on power, pressure and temperature.
• Support plating and CMP teams on seed and fill quality.
