• Design multi-phase buck converters and point-of-load regulators.
• Select magnetics, MOSFETs, capacitors and controllers for efficiency and thermal limits.
• Define power sequencing and monitoring with PMBus.
• Simulate transient response and loop stability.
• Measure efficiency, ripple and thermal performance in the lab.
• Add protection such as OCP, OVP and hot-swap for rack boards.
• Document power trees and support bring-up and debug.
