• Define module layout: substrate, busbars, wire bonds, sintered or soldered dies.
• Extract parasitic inductance and resistance for switching loop analysis.
• Simulate thermal behaviour and cooling interfaces with CFD or FEM.
• Model switching losses, overshoot and EMI in circuit simulators.
• Run thermo-mechanical stress and power-cycling life predictions.
• Support prototype build and double-pulse testing.
• Write design rules for module platforms and variants.
